“BEWARE! They do not HOLD reservations. Got 2 rooms via Hotels.com 5 mos. before graduation and they cancelled 3 weeks before!! If you can't trust the keeping of a nonrefundable paid reservation how can you trust anything they do??I love their response! Let us look into this and the responsible individual. It was no individual. It was THEIR POLICY. BEWARE still. They gave me until March 15 to cancel or I'd be charged. Why then when they cancelled well beyond that date have they refused to send me the $300 additional that their policy cost me?? This is a shocking NEW ERA. If they can cancel people w/ confirmed reservations with no repercussions imagine how you could ever feel secure about Marriott and a reservation. As Seinfeld said, 'Marriott is good at taking the reservation but falls far short in honorably holding the reservation'.”

“Elegant, deserted hotel from a bygone era. Even with a conference or two, the place was empty, though the one open restaurant/bar was bustling and hosting trivia night. Housekeeping service seemed nonexistent during the stay. Clean, spacious rooms are renovated, with some original finishes like sculpted wooden doors, and modern bathrooms. The room was rather dimly lit, with windows looking on to a multistory parking garage.”
