“I've never been to a hotel in such bad shape and mismanaged. It was a very pricey experience for having found hairs in our bed when pulling back the sheets. The smoke detector wasn't connected to the wall properly. We also got locked out of our room because the lock battery went out and it took 30 minutes for someone to walk down and let us in the room. Stairwells that were out of order seem like a fire code issue as well.In hindsight, Motel 8 would have been a better option given what we experienced.”
