“There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The location is great, the service was good. It's definitely a good hotel.Having said this, I found it a too expensive compared to other hotels in the area. When reading that it was a boutique style hotel and paying a premium for that, I was disappointed to find the room so basically designed with no character, and a tear in the carpet on the floor. If you want something special, perhaps go elsewhere, or spend less money on something better in the area.”

“The employees were fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. But the hotel itself is pretty dated. Elevators were slow, buttons don't light up, and floor indicators we're taped over. Rooms lacked lighting, bathtubs were small, peepholes lacked covers, and the physical catch lock was flimsy at best. The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean, but overall would prefer other Hyatt hotels nearby.”
