“Bueno le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y el desayuno excelente”
— J Javier Tapia
“When you enter the reception, the hotel does not make a bad impression on you. However, when you get to the room, you will get a shock. Cramped rooms, even nowhere to put your luggage. Dirty walls, molded air conditioning, crooked shelves in the bathroom causing glasses to fall by themselves at night, crashing to the floor. In addition, staff who are not able to clean the glass bathrooms well and endanger the health and life of guests. In the restaurant, not always fresh fruit, broken jugs, coffee in a paper cup. I will never come back here again. I also do not recommend this hotel to others. It is a pity because so far I have known hotels from the NH chain well.
That hotel should have no more than 2 stars but even with that someone should take care about safety.”
