“Las habitaciones pequeñas y el baño minúsculo. No te puedes secar el pelo sin darte con la puerta en el codo. Sorprendente en un hotel cuatro estrellas. El desayuno buffet sin comentarios, no funciona bien el tostador y solo existe ese para todo el comedor!!! Una de las cafeteras tampoco funciona. Una pena de desayuno para el estandar de calidad que se espera de NH y de esta categoría de hotel. El termostato de una de nuestras habitaciones no funciona correctamente. Y sigue en vigor el comentario de 2016 sobre el tiempo de respuesta del bar-restaurante para servir un sandwich, una hora!!!, sin tostar y el queso sin fundir!!!. Por decir algo positivo, la cama es muy buena. No recomiendo este hotel. Es una pena.”

“Hotel maravilhoso ao lado da Vila Borghese, com vista para o parque. Quartos muito bem decorados e banheiros modernos. Tivemos a sorte de resrvar um apto com uma agradável varanda para apreciar a vista no final de tarde.Café da manhã completíssimo com muita fruta, pães de todos os tipos e uma máquina de café (expresso, capuccino e outros) que só falta falar!Muito próximo da estação do metrô (isso é importante, pois o trânsito é horrivel como em qualquer grande cidade).Ao lado da famosa Via Venetto com maravilhosos restaurantes.Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso.Nada de negativo para falar. Só pontos positivos!”
