“No começo a recepção foi muito lenta, fiquei na fila por uma hora e quando chegou a minha vez de fazer o check-in nos disseram que os quartos não estão prontos e você tem que esperar !!!!!! Entramos no quarto às seis horas e não fomos ressarcidos nem com uma palavra de desculpas, pelo contrário, o horário de check-out foi acentuado às 12 horas de acordo com a política do hotel, que inicialmente não foi cumprida pelos o hotel.- O ar condicionado é muito ruim, tem que esperar duas horas para o quarto esfriar.- As chaves do quarto foram de repente desativadas no meio do dia, embora eu tivesse pago o valor do quarto por dois dias, e isso me deixou muito envergonhado com minha família, pois eles ficaram presos no elevador enquanto estavam molhados do piscina, e quando falei com eles, ninguém reagiu a mim como se o assunto fosse normal- Não há água quente nos quartos, não podíamos tomar banho, que hotel é esse!!!!!!!!!-Meu quarto não foi limpo no dia seguinte à minha estadia.Por fim, não aconselho ninguém a ficar no hotel Novotel, economize seu dinheiro, há muitos hotéis que merecem mais e pagam menos que o Novotel.”

“The stay was good! The only problem I realised was the inconsistency in housekeeping service. Sometimes room cleaning would be great, sometimes even so bad that the dust is visible, no bath mat, no coffee sachets. I liked this hotel very much best suited for me location wise.This is actually not a complain, criticism or a negative feedback. It just a concern. Because when you know, you are one of the best in hospitality then consistency plays a vital role. The staff was good. I still recommend this hotel. I’ll be coming back soon!”
