“Se retrasó un vuelo de LATAM en el que iba por lo que perdí la conexión. Se hicieron cargo de esto dándome alojamiento en este hotel.EXCELENTE servicio. Si bien fue breve la estadía, desde la mañana del 1º de abril hasta la noche sin pernoctar, fue suficiente para catalogar de esta manera el servicio brindado.La habitación era amplia, luminosa y limpia. El baño muy cómodo. Tenía separada la zona de ducha de la del WC y pileta. Las camas súper cómodas, todo impecable y como nuevo.La piscina en un subsuelo era agradable. Climatizada. Lo justo para unos minutos de descanso. No era muy profunda, pero tampoco son para hacer buceo ni clavados.Fue un placer dormir la siesta en esa cama luego de una hora de piscina.Tenía gimnasio, spa y sauna.El restaurante de planta baja era buffet. Exquisito todo, era gourmet.Mi destino final era Miami, pero fue un gusto la manera en que LATAM me compensó la pérdida del vuelo.”
