Lamentablementellevamos solo una noche y ya nos queremos ir dormimos pesimo el aire acondicionado está malo no podíamos abrir la ventana porque había muchos mosquitos reclamamos al día siguiente y nada . Decidimos relajarnos y vamos a la piscina del hotel no hay toallas nos ofrecen vender toallas porque se les acabó las de la piscina y eso q no hay nadie en piscina . Aun no arreglan el aire acondicionado

Acabamos de passar uma noite neste hotel e estamos muito satisfeitos. Quarto muito limpo e dependências, uma recepção muito boa, apesar de uma chegada tardia (1h). Hotel tranquilo e decoração linda!

Piscina fechada, 2/4 máquina na academia ligada e funcionando. Que são ambas esteiras. Café da manhã perfeito para o jejum. só tem queijo branco Compota, Laranja, Queijo (se tiver sorte o suficiente) Madeleines, pão multi-dia e ovos. 70% dos pratos são com salmão. Escolhemos o que comemos e nos dizem "há muito tempo que não há salmão" quando há quilos no Auchan ao lado. Piscina fechada 2 dias antes de um evento. Que acontece às 20h. Alugamos um hotel com uma piscina mais cara de propósito com 3 meses de antecedência e no mesmo dia nos dizem "deveríamos ter ligado" como se estivéssemos adivinhando que eles iriam convidar vikings no dia 11 de junho. Quando você tem um hotel não é para isso ganhar dinheiro nas costas das pessoas e ser incapaz. As pessoas precisam sentir que seu dinheiro está obtendo valor pelo dinheiro. Infelizmente, pelo contrário, senti que da próxima vez meu dinheiro irá para o Mercure.

Atenção, este hotel é franqueado, o que explica por que você não encontrará os mesmos serviços que os da rede Accor, a recepção nos explicou quando saímos. Quarto familiar para 4 pessoas bastante apertado, os pequenos toques desapareceram, vamos dizer-lhe que é verde! Uma garrafa de água de 50 cl para 4 pessoas, um pouco apertada... Boas-vindas muito simpáticas, mas a equipe está sobrecarregada porque há muitas pessoas. Calor intenso no quarto, apesar do aquecimento desligado, somos obrigados a abrir as janelas. A geladeira não funciona, muito ruim para o tratamento medicamentoso atual... Finalmente conseguimos encontrar uma pequena mesa para o almoço, ainda é a mesma decepção dos outros comentários: sem pain au chocolat, sem ovo como estamos acostumados para em hotéis desta categoria. Mais uma vez, a equipe está completamente sobrecarregada. Em resumo, este hotel não está à altura dos seus preços e não merece a marca Novotel, serve a imagem da marca.

Calor extremo no quarto. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando! Uma noite no inferno... Eles não oferecem reserva de restaurante à noite, tudo estava cheio! Tinha que sair... Café da manhã ruim! Não muito… os quartos são insonorizados… quartos no piso térreo com o barulho ao lado é insuportável! As crianças correm, gritam nos corredores…. A recepção que não é uma ou se não o vemos pode ficar 1 hora sem ver ninguém…. Caso contrário, a equipe não pode ajudá-lo e tentar fazer o seu melhor. Mas realmente não terrível….

Muito decepcionado, uma noite muito curta passada neste novotel. Calor no quarto durante toda a noite, apesar do setpoint de aquecimento estar desligado. Música do lado de fora (música de fundo do restaurante, que ouvíamos muito bem apesar das janelas fechadas) durante boa parte da noite, impossível chegar à recepção com o telefone do quarto às 3 ou 4 da manhã, tivemos que ir à recepção para relatar o problema para eles. O vigia noturno, envergonhado, conseguiu detê-la. 1 única tomada elétrica em um lado da cama ... os quartos e banheiros estão um pouco cansados. Quando saímos, a recepcionista nos levou através da impressão do nosso cartão de crédito quando especificamos que queríamos pagar em dinheiro… Então, para um 3 ou 4 estrelas A equipe é simpática, mas francamente não vale a qualidade de outros novotels onde já ficamos. Não voltaremos.

Fire alarm on for 5 minutes (fake of course, otherwise it wouldn’t be funny) at 6 o’clock this morning and no excuses nor any statement for the f###-up night of the whole hotel. Couldn’t fall asleep anymore. Not my idea of service, terrible communication. 😡

Hotel de la cadena Accord hotels. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, con televisión de tropocientas pulgadas . Personal muy atento y agradable. La recepción es una mesa con un portátil para darle un aire más informal. La piscina pequeña pero cumple de sobras su función. Tiene ping-pong, futbolín, consola de videojuegos.... en la entrada para que puedan jugar los más pequeños. El bar también es muy agradable con muchas butacas y sillones. Parking exterior pero vallado y gratuito. Cerca de centro comercial

Es un hotel muy limpio y esta muy bien para venir en familia. La piscina es pequeña, y fría pero está bien para los niños que son los que realemnte la disfrutan. La comida es cara pero esta muy bien de calidad. Ua buena atención. El personal muy amable

Hello, The TV XXL was impressive, but I am not a TV guy, sorry! Probably I did not even switch it on. I gave four stars because the personnel was very kind, but I found the room lacking of something... and honestly this is quite typical of all the Novotel hotels I have been in. In this particular case, I did not find a toilet brush (!) in the toilet of my room... how is that possible?Other topic (and by the way, I derate to three stars, since I am here...) is the feedback given to mails... I wrote a mail to the hotel last week, asking if it would be possible to modify the details of the invoice I got in PDF; in fact, I directly answered to the specific mail sent by Novotel Lyon... no answer at all, no feedback received up to date. Great for your occasional one night route du soleil stay. Expect fairly decent beds, small rooms and some noise if you're not lucky with your neighbours. Reception is super friendly and speaks english and breakfast is decent.

Reasonable hotel but certainly not 4 stars for me and I have already visited a lot of Novotel hotels. Compared to other Novotel this is a French 3 star hotel. Especially aimed at people with small children and this makes it a bit chaotic and busy. The location of this hotel is really not to look forward to.Very small swimming pool which is quickly filled with a handful of children. The air conditioning in 2 of our rooms did not function properly. The temperature certainly did not fall below 25 degrees. Despite a reservation and arrival at 4:30 PM, the room was not ready yet (check-in is possible from 3:00 PM) and (check-out is already 11:00 AM).The prices for a dinner can be called heavy. A hamburger quickly costs 17 euros and a cappuccino around 4 euros.Fortunately there is a burger King, KFC and McDonald's around the corner. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard.Parking is free and is possible in front of the door. Is there nothing positive to recall? Yes, the table tennis table is good and the employees speak a little English!

Excelente hotel, super moderno! Personal muy amable, restauración con productos de excelente calidad y un desayuno muy completo y con gran variedad para todos los gustos. Habitaciones super espaciosas muy limpias y camas extremadamente cómodas. La decoración tanto de las zonas comunes y las habitaciones es muy linda. Si vuelvo por Lyon sin dudas me volveré a alojar aquí!
