“My husband and I just spent a week at Novotel Karon beach and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get for a night out. Staff were incredibly professional, nice and very welcoming. We had an issue with the hot water in our room and it was resolved immediately. The food was great and the spa was very relaxing. I would highly recommend Novotel to couples and families thinking of visiting Karon. No issues with our check in or check out. I am also 27 weeks pregnant and the staff were very accommodating for my needs. Thank you!”

“Ensure you read and understand the full Terms and Conditions prior to booking as the hotel is rigid and shows no flexibility for any booking changes. This became apparent when attempting to shorten our stay by a few days. This was few days after booking, over a month out from the stay and was required as we had shortened out stay at Phuket.
The resort would not change, cancel, or make any adjustments to the booking and would not refund any portion. Hotel discounts and offers were offered which while the gesture was appreciated, it seemed a little pointless as we wouldn't be there to appreciate them.
The resort may be nice and the staff may be lovely however prior to booking ensure you read and understand the full T&C's with your booking as they seem to have strict rules and regulations around their booking change and refund policy.”
