“Location amazing. Service so so. No help with suitcases, lift/pull yourself. Only public parking available, however, the lift not working so you have to work our how to get your luggage from the underground to the hotel. Breakfast was nice with good selection, but staff seemed very unhappy there (noone smiled!). The a/c did not work properly in the room. We will not stay here again.”
