“If I could rate this zero stars I would. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out it was a terrible experience. I came with my family to see a concert and expected to stay in a room that would be worth 150$ for a one night stay, It was not. When we came in we were a little early so we asked if we could get our room early but understood if we couldn’t and the man working at the front desk was Very rude. We left then came back and got ready to head up to our room where our key card declined. When we went back down the man at the desk Again was very rude. We got settled in only to find our room was messy absolutely disgusting! The floor was not vacuumed , nothing was wiped down and there was a pungent smell in the room. Our bed sheets were dirty!!! There was black and red hair everywhere and crumbs in every corner. When we walked into the bathroom the floor was sticky and there was toothpaste on the floor. We tried to ignore it and go to bed but the walls were so thin we could hear everything from every angle. We could hear the vending machine even across the hall. The next morning the breakfast was sickening, the food looked stale and it was dry. The eggs and sausage were disgusting. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, me and my family will NEVER be staying here again.”

“The Hotel room itself was nice enough aside from the small bathroom area. However the room wasn’t cleaned very well, there were empty bottles from previous tenants left under the furniture when we got there. And the windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, inside or out. In addition to the poor cleaning, all of the staff but one was extremely rude and not helpful at any point of our stay. I was yelled at multiple times by the front desk guy at check in (October 14), and the lady who worked the following night was extremely disrespectful and unwilling to do her job (rolling her eyes after being asked nicely to grab towels when there wasn’t any, being rude at every encounter we had, and calling to tell us we were being too loud when we were all already in bed for the night). Definitely won’t be going back because of them, and won’t be recommending the hotel to others.”
