“This Hotel is definitely a beautiful hotel however I’ve had better for the price. You don’t get room service if you do not ask. we was told we had to ask for fresh clean towels and if we wanted our beds made. Our hotel room floor was extremely dusty. The jacuzzi wasn’t available for use. Only 2 elevators were working from the 4 that was available. We paid $$850 for 2 days . Definitely not worth it. Only great part about this hotel is the view and the aesthetic of the rooms.”
