“Absolutely disgusting! We were forced to stay there by the people running a hockey tournament near by. The rooms are filthy! My son found an empty liquor bottle under the bed so I know it wasn’t cleaned, there are stains on every surface in the room. Then while my son was sitting on the couch the window literally fell into the room, sent the lamp on the desk flying and hit him in the head. For this they were willing to take one night off of my bill. I was charged the full amount and when I called was told it may take 5-7 business days for that to change. When I called about the bill Phara was rude and could not understand why I was upset, perhaps if it was her or her child that was hit in the head with the window and then still charged she would understand. The halls-ways are covered with a plastic on the walls because it looks like they are splitting possibly from water damage(I will include pictures) Do yourself a favor and if you find yourself there DO NOT open the pull out couch you will be horrified by the stains. There are people living there long term. There police were there several times a day when we were there to serve them with papers or to deal with problems.”

“It's ok. I like having the kitchen for a week-long stay. The rooms are nice. However, the hotel seems to both be in disrepair and often under construction. The halls smell funny. Last time, a nearly-full gallon of milk disappeared from my fridge while I was out. The milk didn't matter much, but it made me nervous about the rest of my stuff. I did report it, but nothing came of it.”
