“3 rooms with 3 extra bed were prepaid. On the day of arrival decided to remove 1 extra bed, as there was no need anymore. Talked to Reception and agreed that the difference can be used as a deposit for extras. However on the day of departure 31.08.20 Aigerim answered that the amount is already refunded and she doesn't see third extra bed in the billing. After small calculation I can see that nothing was refunded back. Super nice front desk agent is insisting that it "supposed to be", even with the fact that she can't provide Credit Card sleep of refund. At the end Aigerim concluded that the amount will be refunded but only tomorrow, because the finance department is closed on holiday. Why we can't refund it now - I have the CC slip with the code, you have CC machine??? ...mystery Final dialog with the reception agent convinced me to avoid this hotel forever: -will I get point for this stay? -I don't know -what does it mean? -it is suppose to be added after check-out. -can't you check if my loyalty card number is attached? -yoh didn't ask if it is attached. You asked if the points will be received.The whole conversation the agent showed how she is tired of people surrounding her.I didn't ask to pretend that anybody is happy to welcome a guest in this hotel. But there is no welcome amenities for loyal Accor member. No smiles.My membership number 308103 1 2702630D M. And I am waiting for a feedback. If the amount will not be refunded by 04.09.20 - I am going to waste my time and go to the court”

“El hotel es maravilloso para la relajación, la soledad (hay muchos niños en el hotel, pero el territorio y la disposición del hotel le permiten encontrar rincones tranquilos y apartados). Buenos restaurantes. Algunas reseñas apuntan a precios altos, ¡pero las porciones son enormes! Y sabroso y hermoso. SPA. Y servicios gratuitos para los huéspedes: una piscina con terraza y saunas, vapor, todo está bien. Servicios pagados-masaje-también excelente. Destacaría a Marina (relajación) y Gulbanur (sus manos profesionales inmediatamente encontraron un lugar problemático en mi espalda 🙂). La hospitalidad del personal está en un buen nivel: todas mis preguntas se resolvieron rápidamente. Limpieza - "los tigres no reportan carne"😀, 2 limpiezas - no se repuso el café/té. Un punto que hay que corregir. Sombrillas. Hay muchos, tanto en la playa como en la terraza, pero no están abiertos, ¿sabes por qué? Tienen un diseño tal que cuando se abren, incluso con un ligero viento, corren el riesgo de volcarse, y esto es muy peligroso. También noto el silencio, con tantos invitados (con niños) es valioso.”
