“Acabamos de voltar de Secrets Vallarta Bay e tivemos uma viagem incrível. Fomos com nossos melhores amigos e todos adoramos. Os jardins e os quartos eram bonitos. A comida e o atendimento top. Do Check-in ao Check-out, a equipe está no topo de tudo e muito atenciosa. Nossos servidores na piscina, Junior e Manuel tornaram nossa viagem muito divertida. Nossas bebidas estavam sempre cheias e eles não podiam fazer o suficiente para nós. Giovanni Lopez nos cumprimentou na chegada e fez check-in conosco diariamente para garantir que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Não podemos esperar para voltar!”

“So overall I like this place.The location is great and the property is nice with great access to beach front.The restaurants are nice and the food is pretty good for an all inclusive.My one complaint is the musty smell of the rooms.The AC automatically shuts off when you are not in the room so the rooms take a while to cool off when you come into the room and that contributes to the musty odor.We had to ask for a dehumidifier to help the smell but it didn't take it completely away.The rooms are nice but they could use a little updating.But if you can get past that then this is a really nice place to stay.I'd definitely come back.”
