“I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Rude front desk employee Roxanne. My bf and I stayed at the hotel with our dog. Paid pet fee of $25 at check in. The next day before checkout I received a call from my bf that she was accusing us of not paying pet fee when the transaction was on my debit card. I call the hotel the front desk employee got smart with me and accused me of lying. Got off work to come solve problem…. Her attitude was worst in person. Went to my room and got a call from the front desk manager saying she see where we paid and she is new. Young lady is definitely not new. A lot of games and lies between the employee. Young lady never apologized. Next day same young lady Roxanne doing housekeeping. Asked her for clean towels she brushed us off and had to go downstairs to front desk to get them myself. On our 5th day of staying the young lady was working at the front desk again. As a Diamond member I always get a late checkout at 1. Young lady called up to my room at 12:30 and said I need to get out if I’m not paying now. Her attitude is very nasty and unacceptable. Complained on her twice and all the manager said was she will talk to her. Lies. I was informed the 6th day of staying that I was on the Do Not Rent list. And why is that? Because I’m complaining on staff. All this behavior is unacceptable and definitely a problem when I’m spending my money. Customer service was not met. Very disappointing and worst experience. Contacted corporate and they said the General manager would be in contact. Still no word from them. Definitely wouldn’t give them any more of my money . And General manager needs to contact me before I contact Better Business Bureau.”

“I was surprisingly disappointed. The location is utterly fantastic, just moments from the interstate. The hotel itself left lots to be desired. If you're looking for a safe and quick super cheap stay, this is definitely your place. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable spot- I would look elsewhere.
Check-in was fine, front desk attendant friendly and quick. The elevator has a limit of two people or a small family. We walked intp our room on the second floor and were hit with a strong smell of some sort of cleaner (maybe an ammonia?) It was so strong it gave me a headache... I had to breath into my pillow to fall asleep because it was just so strong. I would have asked for a different room, but we were weary travelers and didn't want to mess with it. The walls were truly filthy... Like dirt and stains and in desperate need of a deep clean. Even the comforters were stained... And the floor in need of a deep vacuuming. Maybe it was just our room, but it just really needed some serious work.
The breakfast was adequate with an assortment of bagels/muffins/pastries, sausage and eggs, cereals, waffle maker. Pretty typical for this type of hotel.
So to recap, if you need a quick and cheap stay- yes. If you're looking for comfy and clean, not so much.”
