“Stayed 4 nights most of the front desk people were no help at all . Diana The lady who works all night did such a good job kicking out all the junkies that where causing problems. we needed extra blankets she had them ready for us .she gave us several recommendations to food , and entertainment places to visit . Rooms where good , breakfast was good , no elevator, lobby was freezing”

“It's hard to get into and the floor in my room was sticky. I was walking my service animal outside and some lady had her two dogs off leash and charged my dog she yelled sorry grab your dog mine aren't friendly. Her dogs then proceeded to try and attack my dog I was holding as the owner of them laughed. I mentioned it to the front desk and was blown off both times. We left early and still had to pay for both nights. I felt unsafe and my service animals life being at risk also puts my own life at risk. The back door to the parking lot has a wrap keeping it from closing all the way at all times. The breakfast and food were amazing though and the beds were really comfortable. But I paid for an extra night I couldn't even use due to safety.”
