“Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly so I did my normal and sprayed it down. We waited over 3 hours for someone to come and fix the TV they never did, when I requested to have another room I was told they would need to contact their manager because we checked in at 2:25 and I requested another room at 6:00 so they couldn't change the room until they talk to a manager. However, we reported it at 3:20 that the TV wasn't working and there after several times and no one ever came. I wasn't happy with the service at all. I will never use this type of hotel again. I would rather spend top dollar to stay comfortably to a 5 star hotel.”
