“The room was nice and it was great to have a mini getaway for my husband's bday. But, this hotel sort of seems to have no idea what's going on. Consider yourself lucky if the front desk staff picks up your phone call and can actually answer your inquiry. Also, we had a random charge at the end that we asked about, and the front desk told us not to worry that it was just for incidentals and wouldn't actually go through. However, we saw the charge did in fact go through to our CC. We had to call 10x just to get it rectified. Which kind of ruined the experience. Probably wouldn't go back to stay, but rooftop was lovely.”

Considere-se com sorte se a equipe da recepção atender sua ligação e puder responder à sua consulta. Além disso, tivemos uma cobrança aleatória no final que perguntamos, e a recepção nos disse para não nos preocuparmos, pois era apenas para despesas ocasionais e não iríamos realmente cumprir. No entanto, vimos que a cobrança foi de fato enviada para o nosso CC. Tivemos que ligar 10x apenas para retificar. O que estragou a experiência. Provavelmente não voltaria para ficar, mas a cobertura era adorável.”
