“Las habitaciones carecen de limpieza, los vidrios de los balcones están sucios, la regaderas tienen moho, las cortinas black out tienen hoyuelos, las camas super incómodas, les hacen falta colchones nuevos, los camastros de la piscina muy viejos, sin mencionar que hay cucarachas. Lo único bueno es el spa, los masajes son lo mejor!”

“I was honestly expecting more because of the reviews and 4 🌟 rank of the hotel, but I was disappointed. Our room was very small; the bathroom looks like it needs to be remodeled, the walls had skid marks on them, and the hallways have carpet and look outdated. In my opinion, it's not up to par for the price. The pool was ok, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was exploding with people everywhere. I was hoping the hotel would be a little more exclusive. The view is nice and the location as well.”
