“Great hotel, mostly for families. I went on a business trip and unfortunately did not get to enjoy everything they offer, but there are lots to do at the hotel, including their pools and beach. Food was great, the only downside was that the last few days that i was there they closed a big area for special guests i guess that they had, which made it harder to find a table to sit at. Also, they wouldn't allow you to take food to your room, which sucked for me because i wanted to save dessert for later and have it at my room. So, most of the time i did not get to enjoy their pastries that looked delicious. But overall, great hotel, within walking distance to the main attractions, like the Emma Bridge.”

“Llegamos por accidente ya que el vuelo de Rutaca nunca salió y nos trajeron a este hotel que es de los más económicos. Desde que entras al pasillo de las habitaciones huele a humedad (DE GRAN MANERA), el ascensor parece de películas de terror (pidan que los pongan en el primer piso).Las habitaciones también huelen a humedad (en menor proporción), las toallas y poceta están manchadas. El cubre cama además de parecer de los años 70, el olor evidencia que también tiene un buen tiempo sin ser lavado. Algunas sábanas tenían huecos, pero no estaban manchadas (aparentemente estaban limpias). El colchón ya se le sienten los resortes, no es nada cómodo. Cuenta con un tv (antiguo pero grande). La ducha se veía aceptable pero con todos los antecedentes desistimos de probarla. Cuenta con agua fría y caliente.El Wifi gratuito es bueno, menos en la torre B, pidan que los hospeden en torre A. Para cena te mandan a un sitio llamado "Denis" que no es nada recomendable la comida. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero tienen una buena piscina yuna hermosa playa que mantienen muy bien. También cuentan con canchas múltiples de fútbol de salón y basquet. La playa tiene una cancha de Voleibol.El desayuno es tipo buffet y bastante aceptable. Es una lastima porque el hotel tiene potencial para ser excelente y se ve que están haciendo algunas inversiones pero en zonas comunes. Grave error porque lo primordial en un hotel es que sus habitaciones estén al 100% y estas están a un 20%.”

Very nice all inclusive hotel where the food is great and readily available all over the hotel. The staff are generally friendly and willing to assist and it helps that their English is decent as well. The pigeons can be annoying in the buffet area but they won't trouble you once you don't leave your food unattended. There are mosquitoes so be sure to leave your room door closed at all times. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the hotel tries to provide fun entertainment in the evening with live performances and dancing and DJs. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families and couples alike. There were a lot of children there, so be cognizant of that if you prefer a more private couples oriented experience. If you want to venture outside of the hotel, you can rent a car or book a taxi tour right in the lobby area with relative ease.

My husband and I visited in May of this year for a weeks stay. We were greeted immediately by Swen, who offered to assist with our bags to our room, which did not have an ocean view, but it was fine for us. Everything was available at this resort. I was a bit worried because we are from NY and do not speak Dutch, but the entire staff spoke English thankfully and offered recommendations throughout our stay. The resort was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Something fun was always going on! The food was absolutely wonderful! So many choices! We loved the buffet, especially in the morning with my omelette friend, Radu (sorry if I didn’t spell correctly) preparing the perfect omelette! We also loved the BBQ and Italian restaurants. Service at the BBQ was impeccable. We became very friendly with Swen throughout our stay and truly appreciated his dedication and hard work. There is nothing this man can’t do! He made us feel like family and we were truly blessed to have met him. He took such good care of us and introduced us to one of the resort managers, Mamet (sorry if the spelling is wrong) who along with Swen upgraded us to a beautiful oceanfront suite, complete with champagne! This resort did not disappoint. The nightly entertainment was also great and the location was a 10 minute walk to Willemstad, the bustling capital. The resort also has the most amazing water slides, fun for all ages! The climb to the top is totally worth it. I felt very safe and comfortable here, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this resort. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. Again, Swen, you are THE BEST!

We are so grateful to be able to experience the beautiful island of Curacao and the hospitality of the staff at Corendon. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and attentive. The atmosphere of the resort overall was a lot more relaxed than party focused. The activities were fun for the whole family. We really enjoyed the Waterpark! The nightly entertainment ends at 10:30pm and the buffet only serves western cuisine. The resort was a safe walking distance from Willemstad. A few areas to grow in would be the drink quality and the pigeons around the breeze (main buffet). A netting or bird predator machine might help with the issue. Our room was quite humid and began to smell like mildew over the course of our stay, even with the air on 21c so much sure to keep the air turned on full blast. If you are looking for a relaxing all inclusive vacation we recommend the Corendon. The kindness of the staff can not be beat.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend. We picked the room with a pool on our balcony since it was our honeymoon and highly suggest! The rooms and the resort were super clean. During the day and at night you will see lots of people cleaning. The drinks were good and loved the pastry’s! The gym was great for being on vacation but not a lot of heavy weights. If you want to workout it’s a little warm in the gym. The experiences with the staff were great. A few negatives but nothing major that impacts your stay. The parking lot isn’t the best, lots of pigeons especially around the breeze (buffet restaurant). We enjoyed the sushi and barbecue restaurant. Amazing food! You need to reserve these special restaurants the day before between 10-4. We found out they had a QR code so we didn’t need to wait in line. We had an amazing time and I highly would recommend this resort.

Really good surprise, a few negatives but not really affecting our stay: pigeons around the restaurant area, parking lot in construction, beach could be better compared to other hotels it is not great but works if you would rather swim in salt water. The positives: water park is pretty good and for all ages. Food was pretty good as well especially if you like European food. Room were very decent as well, European outlets but USB connection available next to the bed. TVs are smart Android TV with some us channels as well. Alcohol is free with nice cocktails and Heineken. Location is up to you, not really walking distance from city center go with the Renaissance if location is more important. I would personally come back if I have the opportunity, we enjoyed our stay there.

Los toboganes para niños ESPECTACULARES! piletas tambien, siendo argentino debo decir que la comida me pareció poco creativa, se repetían los sabores, mucho frito, la bebida muy buena salvo el vino que es mala calidad en todos los all inclusive, Playa normal bella, el restaurante tiene invasión de palomas, lo solucionan poniendo red de contención. El personal es muy amable, la gente en curazao es muy amable, es distinto con Aruba.The slides for children SPECTACULAR!pools too, being Argentinian I must say that the food seemed uncreative to me, the flavors were repeated, a lot of fried food, the drink was very good except for the wine that is poor quality in all the all inclusive, normal beautiful beach, the restaurant has an invasion of pigeons They solve it by putting a containment network.The staff is very friendly, people in Curaçao are very friendly, it's different with Aruba.

Um resort muito agradável e moderno. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e tinha uma bela vista do mar e dos navios de cruzeiro.A comida do buffet era muito boa e o serviço nos bares foi ótimo! O restaurante italiano não valia o esforço, tinha pratos não disponíveis (e a escolha já era muito limitada), eram muito lentos e havia muita falta de comunicação. Poderia ter comido melhor no buffet naquela noite.À noite, há entretenimento ao vivo, diversão para jovens e idosos.A piscina do resort é linda e espaçosa.O parque aquático também é bom, embora nem todos os escorregadores estivessem em uso.A praia privada é boa, mas não muito agradável.Em Curaçao é bom alugar um carro e algumas dicas para visitar são: Daaibooi (praia linda e pequena) Character (Bar com piscina de borda infinita, com linda vista, também boa comida no restaurante da praia) Playa Porto Marie (Porcos andando na praia (muito agradável)) Grote Knip (praia conhecida, lindo mar claro) Playa Grandi (Vista e mergulhe com snorkel entre tartarugas) Baía de Santa Marta (Belo Mirante) Jan Thiel (praia aconchegante e movimentada) Mambo Beach (praia aconchegante com bons clubes de praia) Sheta Boka Park (Belas falésias com grandes ondas)

Os quartos eram grandes e bonitos. Infelizmente não limpo. Nem um único dia de poeira removido. Os primeiros 2 dias sem lençol em volta da roupa de cama. Em seguida, tive que pedir duas vezes para trocá-lo porque havia uma mancha de sangue nele. E as fronhas estavam sujas.A comida no a la cart que ótimo Sushi pouco como o cartão também foi reduzido (sem carne) O churrasco foi muito bom! Mas o buffet é realmente inferior a comida é muito fria. Você tem que procurar talheres. As tabelas são limpas muito lentamente e não são redefinidas.Você fica muito tempo no bar. Às vezes não há pessoal suficiente. Ou eles estão muito ocupados uns com os outros em vez dos convidados. A equipe do bar da piscina fecha muito mais cedo que 00:00 dias já às 23:20 / 23:30Ainda há trabalho a ser feito para que 5☆ seja alcançado.

We arrived at 17. Our room was really really dirty. No words to describe. We made pictures but I fortunately I could not upload them here. Stains on towels, room smelled like smoke, everywhere hair the ground, stains ons the wall, dust everywhere… and I could go on and on…. Have never seen anything like it and travelled a lot. Especially for a 5 star. We called the reception directly. They said they would send someone over. 17.30 we called again. 17.45 we went to the reception. Talked there for 30 min with someone, who said there was no other room available. 3 people came and checked the room, agreed that the room is dirty. Also we reserved a sea view room and did not get one. After checking the room they said the would come back to clean. We waited waited waited. At 18.45 I called someone from the organization. And suddenly there was another room available. After a 15 hours of traveling it was bad handling of such a situation. During our stay there was nothing except for hand wash and hair/body wash in the bathroom. No coffee machine, empty room actually. From a 5 star hotel you expect much more. Also they would take dirty towels and not replace them, for which you had to call the reception again, and it would take hours…. Overall it was a very bad experience for a 5 star hotel. Food was okayish. Also not 5 star worthy. Would definitely not recommend

First off, mad respect to the locals for their kindness- we understand it’s not easy to allow outsiders in. We love the island! We felt safe and appreciate the unique feel the country had to offer.The hotel is in a GREAT location! It’s very close to downtown Willemstad and easy access to many excursions. They’re working really hard on customer service and reflecting the Hilton brand. We had an AMAZING concierge and relations staff manager, Duska. She literally made our trip. She understood the experience we were seeking, listening to our concerns and always addressing promptly. The hotel is new, clean and owned by people trying to make a positive impact between tourism and Curaçaoans. We are incoming at time where this transition is being made and still felt very comfortable being here. We appreciate the opportunity to travel and truly love the island! Strongly recommend this hotel! Hard to find a match like it!

Hotel (all inclusive) simplesmente maravilhoso! Fomos passar nossa lua de mel no final de dezembro de 2021 e ficamos até o dia 05.01.22. Fomos bem recebidos e a maior parte dos funcionários são muito simpáticos e bem humorados! A comida é muito boa e você come até não poder mais, rs. As bebidas também são muito boas. O quarto é limpo, espaçoso, com varanda grande, ar condicionado ótimo. A praia do hotel é artificial mas é muito boa. Quem quiser ver alguns peixes debaixo d'água, aconselho a comprar óculos de natação ou snorkel, vale a pena a experiência. As piscinas são ótimas e o bar de bebidas que fica ao lado da piscina é bom, mas tem que ter paciência ou jeito para conseguir ser atendido, rs. Ah, a minha única reclamação é em relação aos travesseiros do quarto, deixam a desejar. Fora isso, minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente ótima! Os funcionários da recepção foram muito solícitos quando precisamos de ajuda. Só tenho elogios e espero algum dia poder voltar a esse paraíso.

Me hospedé en el Hotel en la fecha de mi cumpleaños y no tuvieron la gentileza de darme algun presente. El edificio esta bien y las habitaciones tambien. La comida tiene buena sazón y los cocteles regulares. Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas. Les falta mucho por mejorar en atención al cliente ya que no son nada amables. Att: Ing. En hotelería y turismo.

Fuen una muy buena experiencia, sin embargo hubo cosas que no funcionan del todo bien ahi adentro.El servicio de los meseros tanto en los bares como en restaurantes es muy impersonal, incluso llegabamos a sentir que nos estaban haciendo un favor al atendernos.El aseo en la habitacion es muy BASICO encontramos ademas del mismo desorden que habiamos dejado, fallas en cosas tan basicas como que no nos dejaban toallas para el bebe, cafe, o incluso nunca nos llenarn el Jabon de la ducha el cual por 8 dias siempre estuvo vacio.De resto fue una buena experiencia

El edificio es nuevo y está en perfecto estado. Habitaciones amplias, lindas y con buena vista. La comida del Buffet está bien aunque es algo repetitiva y los postres pueden mejorar mucho. La atención del personal no es acorde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. En el restaurante italiano la atención fue pésima. En el de Sushi en cambio estuvo muy bien, lo recomiendo. Los empleados que sirven tragos en la piscina atienden mal, no son nada amables, y hay mucha demora. Creo que el hotel en general está bien, pero la relación calidad-precio no es buena, es caro para la calidad del servicio que ofrece.

Bom custo benefício pra quem vai passar somente a noite. Os quartos são escuros, não tem lâmpada no teto, o que deveria iluminar seriam os abajures. Banheiro com chuveiro/banheira apertado. Carpetes dos corredores com cheiro de molhado. Já a praia é ótima. O café da manhã também é bom.

It's very beautiful and luxurious I had a wonderful time here the view was incredible. I had a day pass for the day which starts at 11am to 5pm. It was all inclusive but you had to take your own towel but other than that everything was open for you to use. The lunch was a buffet style but to be honest I wasn't I wasn't a fan of the food, the meats were old as if they were prepared a long time and was re heated. The cheese cake also wasn't good but the snack bar I gotta give 100% so if your not a fan of the food from lunch snack bar will save your life.

O resort é moderno e os quartos são limpos e atualizados. A piscina e a praia são as luzes noturnas do hotel. No entanto, há tanto potencial que não corresponde ao preço ou à classificação deste resort. Para começar, as reservas em restaurantes são quase impossíveis de marcar. Chegamos três dias antes do NYE e apenas no dia 2 de janeiro podemos implorar e subornar alguém para fazer uma reserva fora do buffet. As bebidas aqui são extremamente doces, Tanto os sucos quanto as bebidas alcoólicas são de qualidade extremamente baixa. O vinho e o licor da casa são da qualidade mais baixa que já experimentei. Além dessas questões óbvias, as regras do hotel são arbitrárias e não fazem sentido. Bares e opções aleatórias fecham, você não pode trazer sobremesa para a piscina, o serviço parece que você está quase implorando por uma bebida. Ninguém reconhece sua existência até que você saia do caminho para pedir algo. Eu sugeriria adicionar mais funcionários e aumentar a qualidade das bebidas. Os americanos, cuidado, isso provavelmente não corresponderá às suas expectativas de um resort 4 estrelas.

Ficamos no hotel em dezembro de 2021, excelente propriedade a uma curta distância de Willemstad. A equipe da recepção foi agradável e prestativa. A propriedade é limpa, a suíte júnior é, na verdade, uma suíte de um quarto com área de estar separada. Parque aquático é incrível, então eu recomendo este hotel se você tiver filhos. A comida do buffet era ótima, excelentes seleções com alguns pratos europeus / turcos únicos que experimentamos pela primeira vez, as sobremesas foram provavelmente as melhores que já experimentamos nos resorts com tudo incluído!A única desvantagem é que por volta das 8h todas as cadeiras ao redor da área da piscina estavam ocupadas / reservadas, então parecia que as pessoas estavam se levantando super cedo para reivindicá-las. A área da praia não teve o mesmo problema.Portanto, para encerrar, definitivamente, recomendo este hotel se você gosta de resorts com tudo incluído e especialmente se você tiver filhos!

Hotel fantástico por algumas semanas relaxantes. Nós nem usamos as piscinas porque há muito espaço na praia e a orla fechada é ótima para nadar. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, os restaurantes são fantásticos e há muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. A escolha de alimentos é muito ampla e há uma abundância de bebidas para escolher. O fato de você receber algumas garrafas de água por dia no quarto é ótimo.Os únicos pontos negativos são o fato de que é permitido fumar nas varandas, e porque a estrutura do prédio, se alguém fumar algumas varandas por cima, vai cheirar a fumaça em todo o andar por um tempo. Também à tarde, a piscina pode ficar um pouco suja por causa do acesso ao bar da piscina. O entretenimento também deixou a desejar, embora no final isso não importasse muito.Você vai querer aproveitar o hotel, mas não se esqueça de alugar um carro por alguns dias para conhecer Curaçao. É fácil caminhar até Willemstad, a apenas 10 minutos da famosa ponte Wilhelmina sobre trilhas razoavelmente bem conservadas.Como uma dica final: embora nunca esteja superlotado no restaurante devido aos lugares cobertos (não internos) e completamente ao ar livre, tomar café da manhã cedo (aproximadamente 7h30) e jantar no final da tarde (aproximadamente 20h ) é uma boa maneira de evitar as maiores multidões.

Instalaciones muy buenas, pero con un gran problema con el personal encargado de la administración y atencion a los huespedes (despotas, bruscos,groseros) entienden y hablan el español pero evaden y contestan que no entienden Gravisimo el caso de nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 11 am entendiento que solo a las 4 pm nos darianhabitación pero la funcionaria de recepcion en forma brusca y despota que si nos quedamos deveriamos pagar us$15 por hora y por persona osea sin opcion de un regristro provisional sin un detalle de parte del hotel minimo un vaso de agua Ante la situacion decidimos salir a caminar a las afueras del hotel y ya de regreso para entrar al hotelnos paran y nos dicen que no podemos entrar solo hasta las 3 situacion totalmente humillante y de maltrato cuando Explicamos que estabamos desde 11 y que teniamos todo en regla nos toco imponernos y en la recepcion dar la queja ahi ya eran las 2 pm y como para tapar el maltrato y la humillacion nos dieronn las manillas para que fueramos a comedor algo porque hasta lad 2:30 cerraban el restaurante En resumen en manos de esos empleados tendran muchos problemas hablo puntualmente del personal de la region creo que no son aptos para trabajar en hoteles de una cadena de tan alto prestigip como es la cadena hilton

The hotel itself is nice. Very spacious and clean room with a balcony, which is nice. However, if you are 5 * hotel it should be standard set of the toiletries in a bathroom, not just one dispenser with shower gel/shampoo all in one. The bed is very good but the pillows are uncomfortable.Minibar has just couple of bottles of water. The beach need to be maintained - not enough sand on the strand, too hard to step on, just concrete with a thin layer of sand. The stuff are not the friendliest in the world (reception, bars especially) – in fact almost arrogant in the bars, very slow check inn process, long queues in the bar to get a drink and in addition they can say that they are empty for beer.

Mangrove Beach Corendon • Not a 5 star hotel… maybe a 3.5 at best • Rooms where nice, but not a lot places to put your clothes- no closets and just a small dresser with drawers • Good layout, not a far walk to get to restaurants, pools or beach • Beach is man-made, so until you get close to the water, it is basically cement. The cove is nice, there was a raft the kids and I swam out to and jumped off. Went snorkeling and saw lots of fish and sea urchins • Main pool is nice, but they could have cleaned it better • Food was better than average, ala cart restaurants were a bit of a joke, you had to make reservations on an app the day before and they only took 35 per day. All were closed on Christmas and the day after. We did eat at the BBQ place and it was okay.The pool side “restaurant” wasn’t too bad, they had really good chicken nuggets- so the kids were very happy. • Bar was bad. Terrible service, lousy drinks. You had to scan a QR code to get the menu and couldn’t order off of it.I asked for a rum runner and the bartender said she didn’t know what that was. Seriously?That is like a Caribbean staple.I also saw other guests ordering drinks off the menu and they got what they ordered- I feel like you had to speak Dutch to get what you wanted.Tips didn’t even motivate them. • Room service was spotty- ran out of towels and toilet paper a couple of days. • Water slides- best part of the hotel!!!Total blast. • Overall service was poor as well. No one helped with the luggage and one day went I went down to the front desk I had to wait for receptionist to talk to- first, a maintenance guy, then a mgr and then another receptionist before she acknowledged me. And I was there before all of them. Terrible…. Guests should always come before co-workers. • Cruise ships did ruin the view…. • Again, liked that it was a short walk to Willemstad so we could go to the Queen Emma’s bridge, hit the mall and tried a couple of restaurants (we got tired of eating buffet food). • Covid testing was done on site, so that was nice. Line was long and you had to make an appointment with the testing site on your own, nothing was done through the hotel.

Rooms were modern, spacious, great and clean.You won't get gourmet quality here. All the restaurants were "fine"except for the sushi place.In general, service was great, though I feel there could have been more smiles and general happiness from the service people... Very different from Jamaica, where I was at another all-inclusive and all the service people were so friendly, happy and helpful.

The resort is modern and the rooms are clean and updated. The pool and beach are the nightlights of the hotel. However there is so much potential that just doesn’t live up to the price or rating of this resort. For starters, the restaurant reservations are almost impossible to score. We came in 3 days before NYE and only on Jan 2nd we’re able to beg and bribe someone for a reservation outside of the buffet. Drinks here are extremely sweet, Both the juices And the alcohol drinks are extremely low quality. The wine and house liquor is the lowest quality I’ve experienced. Other than these obvious issues, the rules in the hotel are arbitrary and make no sense. Random bars and options close, you can’t bring dessert out to the pool, the service feels like you’re almost begging for a drink. No one acknowledges your existence until you go out of the way to ask for something. I would suggest adding more staff and increasing the quality of drinks. Americans beware, this probably won’t live up to your expectations of a 4 star resort.

Stayed here during the house closing process. It was a great experience. All inclusive with lots of good food options. The staff are very nice and friendly folks. The place is well maintained. They upgraded my room because of my Hilton status.

WE stayed in the hotel in December of 2021, Excellent property within walking distance to the Willemstad . Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Property is clean, junior suite is in fact a one-bedroom suite with a separate living area. Water park is amazing , so I highly recommend this hotel if you have kids. The buffet food was great, excellent selections with some unique European/Turkish dishes that we tried for the first time, desserts were likely the best we’ve ever tried in the all inclusive resorts! The only downside is that by 8 am every chair around the pool area was taken/reserved so it seemed like people were getting up super early to claim them. The beach area didn’t have the same issue. So to wrap it up I definitely recommend this hotel if you like all-inclusive resorts and especially if you have kids!

Fantastic hotel for a couple of relaxing weeks. We didn't even use the pools because there is so much space on the beach and the enclosed seafront is great to swim in. The rooms are really spacious, the restaurants are fantastic and there are plenty of lounge chairs available. The food choice is very extensive and there are plenty of drinks to choose from. The fact that you get a few bottles of water per day delivered to your room is great. The only negatives are the fact that smoking is allowed on balconies, and because the structure of the building if someone is smoking a few balconies over it'll smell like smoke on the entire floor for a while. Also in the afternoon pool can be a bit dirty because of the in-pool access to the pool bar. The entertainment left a bit to be desired as well, though in the end this didn't really matter a lot. You'll want to enjoy in the hotel, but don't forget to rent a car for a few days to see around Curacao. It's easy to walk to Willemstad, only 10 minutes to the famous Wilhelmina bridge over fairly well maintained footpaths. As a final tip: Though it's never overcrowded in the restaurant due to the roofed (not indoor) and completely outdoor seating, having breakfast early in the morning (~7:30 am) and dinner later in the evening (~8:00 pm) is a good way to avoid the biggest crowds.

Hotel bien ubicado con fácil acceso a los principales lugares de interés en Curazao. Amplias instalaciones con atracciones para diferentes edades. Los restaurantes son buenos y ofrecen un menú variado y de calidad. Entiendo las restricciones por la pandemia actual, pero me parece un poco descuidado que no se ofrezca el servicio de limpieza y orden diario en las habitaciones. Adicionalmente en una de las noches de nuestra estadía se dañó la alarma contra incendios y se activó en varios momentos de la noche y la madrugada, generando pánico entre los huéspedes e imposibilitando dormir. No recibimos ninguna explicación por parte del hotel.

Hotel só para dormir (custo benefício bom). Atendimento péssimo e equipe antipática. Reservamos 4 noites e chegamos pela manhã do primeiro dia. A atendente disse que não tinha quarto (overbooking). Tivemos que apelar para a operadora de viagem e conseguir o quarto dentro do horário da 1° reserva as (8hrs AM). Café da manhã incluso, porém fraco e a higiene passou longe.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei na vida. O hotel é puro mofo, desde a recepção principal e vai piorando nos corredores e fica podre nos quartos. Mofo puro, um verdadeiro horror. Tudo muito antigo e mal conservado. As camareiras não eram capazes de trocar o copo de vidro que usávamos. O elevador é o ambiente mais horrível, pois além de feder a mofo e ser velho, com botões todos quebrados, eles colocam um perfume horroroso de morango que chega dar ânsia de vômito. Os quartos são conjugados e a acústica é um lixo, dá para ouvir até o "vizinho" fazendo xixi. Privacidade zero. O hotel pode ser considerado como insalubre.

Quarto e banheiro amplo. Varanda gostosa. Dependências comuns agradáveis, destaque para a piscina. Limpeza do meu quarto estava ok, não tive problemas. Realmente o hotel é antigo o com baixa iluminação mas nada que faça estragar sua estadia numa viagem de férias. Restaurante do hotel caro e sem muitas opções. Praia em frente não é bem artificial... apenas cercada para "quebrar" a força da maré. Recomendo o uso de proteção especial para os pés em qualquer praia de Curaçao, visto que tem bastante pedrinhas e conchas.

Falta quase tudo nesse hotel, começando pela recepção, depois fui pra um quarto com barulho infernal no ar, com gavetas arriadas, a TV ainda é de tubo (sem hdmi) e cortinas mofentas.Daí pedi troca do quarto (com muita insistência) consegui ir pra outro com janelas emperradas, teias de aranha no espelho e móveis antigos, além do colchão de mola que fazia barulho e cansado. Tá longe de ser 4 estrelas. Café da manhã e terceirizado. No 6o dia serviam as mesmas coisas do 1o dia e tudo com péssimo paladar. A piscina está uma sucata, com péssimas instalações do deck, bem como o jardim mal cuidado. Tentei cancelar pra ir pra outro e tive a péssima notícia que não devolviam nenhum valor. Não se iludam com as fotos da internet. São antigas ou editadas. Mas se quiserem pagar menos (nao barato) pra ter isso ou quase nada.... Aí tudo bem.

Um péssimo local para hospedagem. O hotel parece estar abandonado. Não há restaurante no hotel. Há uma lanchonete ao lado com preços elevados. Os quartos sao velhos e sem manutenção. Estou a quatro dias sem WI-FI e TV a cabo. Quando tinha wi-fi, não pegava no quarto. Telefone fixo não funciona. Há também muitos mosquitos, que são alimentos de lagartixas que entram no quarto. Quanto aos empregados, todos são atenciosos. O ar condicionado barulhento também esfriar bem em uma única temperatura. No momento estou em contato com a operadora para trocar de hospedagem.

Comida excelente, com muita variedade no café da manhã e almoço. A noite, também tem a opção de jantar em restaurantes temáticos (Itália, Japão, frutos do mar) mediante agendamento. Bebidas com cardápio extenso, servidas nos bares espalhados pelo resort, detalhe pro chopp Heineken, excelente. Quartos bem climatizados, limpos, chuveiro ótimo, tv com programação americana. Funcionários atenciosos e sempre com sorriso no rosto para lhe atender.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y ofrece muy buenos servicios. Algunas habitaciones tienen una hermosa vista al océano, lamentablemente algo obstruidas por un enorme crucero amarrado a poca distancia en el puerto de cruceros. Hay una pequeña playa con servicios, varias piscinas y juegos acuáticos. En la recepción pueden coordinarse actividades para realizar durante la estadía. Dispone de un restaurant con servicio buffet que funciona para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena, de una cafetería/bar abierto las 24 horas y de tres restaurants para los que hay que reservar y pueden usarse una sola vez durante la estadía. El de pastas es muy recomendable. El hotel es bastante concurrido por familias, el área de la piscina es un poco ruidosa en horas del día. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Great hotel, mostly for families. I went on a business trip and unfortunately did not get to enjoy everything they offer, but there are lots to do at the hotel, including their pools and beach. Food was great, the only downside was that the last few days that i was there they closed a big area for special guests i guess that they had, which made it harder to find a table to sit at. Also, they wouldn't allow you to take food to your room, which sucked for me because i wanted to save dessert for later and have it at my room. So, most of the time i did not get to enjoy their pastries that looked delicious. But overall, great hotel, within walking distance to the main attractions, like the Emma Bridge.

En el check in van diciéndo que no tienen Internet ni cable... Y que si tenia algún reclamo podía hablar con mi agencia de viaje..cuando ya todo estaba osea de malas.. Hotel viejo olor a humedo muchos zancudos no fumigan la playa privada es de coral grueso cero arena. El servicio al cliente no hay no se si es por idiosincrasia de allá pero la gente no es nada atenta. Estacionamiento grande. Camas comodas.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, puedes caminar 10 minutos hasta el centro donde está todo lo turístico de Curaçao. La comida es muy muy rica, ya que la preparan allí mismo y el mismo día. Lo mejor es que tiene playa privada y parqueadero. Lo malo es que el hotel es un poco viejo, la piscina No es llamativa pero las habitaciones si son Muy cómodas y limpias.

Es un hotel muy lindo, pero no tiene ningún mantenimiento, el desayuno es un desastre, el personal no tiene onda para nada, no te orientan ni acompañan, el ascensor tiene un olor nauseabundo, no te cambian las sábanas , a veces no te cambian las toallas, quedan mojadas del día anterior, para abrir la ventana del balcón tenes que hacer pesas para poder abrirla, la cama esta buena, un velador no anda, el Internet funciona a veces, la empleada de la empresa de turismo que esta allí te dice que leas los folletos(en ingles, que yo no se) y que después le digas lo que elegiste.La empleada de Avis(alquiler de autos) nos dijo que no tenia autos para ofrecernos, que buscáramos nosotros por Internet..., no se para que esta allí. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Un hotel q está bien ubicado tiene su playa, con sus sillas y no toca ir a otra playa a pagar. Es una playa tipo piscina. Tiene su piscina, gimnasio,cancha de tenis 🎾 y 🏀Es un sitio Muy sencillo y descomplicado.Para las personas que van en plan conocer esta muy bien para los que viajan en plan buena atención no lo recomiendo muchoporque desde q uno mismo lleva sus maletas a la habitación falta mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones aunque todos los días le organizan el cuarto lo hacen muy por encima.Los desayunos están muy bien es tipo bufett y uno elige lo que quiere aparte es muy relajante desayunar en la playa. Came to this hotel for a dance event. The hotel is clearly dated and in need of an upgrade in design, facilities and amenities. The hotel ia also having financial difficulties and not able to pay its utilities on time ans as a result the power was cut. For almost 24 hours there was no electricity! I would not stay here again.

Very outdated hotel. I would not recommend staying here. Think twice before booking. When arriving you’re not greeted at the lobby. We were told the AC had just stopped working, when in fact it hasn’t been working for few weeks. They provide me with a small broken fan. They are going through some financial problems not paying bills. The hallway smelled moldy as well as the rooms. Checked in and within 20 minutes I checked out and went to stay at another hotel. By far the worst hotel I have ever experience when going on vacation. STAY AWAY!!

Quiero decir que lo único bueno del hotel es la playa , viaje con mi hijo en diciembre y la verdad el hotel tiene un aspecto en sus habitaciones de "lugar de mala muerte", oscuras, todo es viejo, lúgubre y sumado a que los ascensores son del siglo pasado; nos quedamos encerrados y pasaron 10 minhasta que alguien llego a ayudarnos, los trabajadores no son muy amables , la piscina no se es como se ve en las fotos y la comida tampoco ( aunque solo desayunamos), la verdad no lo recomiendo y es una lastima porque esta perfectamente ubicado y su infraestructura daríapara que fuera un hotel 5 estrellas.

Llegamos por accidente ya que el vuelo de Rutaca nunca salió y nos trajeron a este hotel que es de los más económicos. Desde que entras al pasillo de las habitaciones huele a humedad (DE GRAN MANERA), el ascensor parece de películas de terror (pidan que los pongan en el primer piso).Las habitaciones también huelen a humedad (en menor proporción), las toallas y poceta están manchadas. El cubre cama además de parecer de los años 70, el olor evidencia que también tiene un buen tiempo sin ser lavado. Algunas sábanas tenían huecos, pero no estaban manchadas (aparentemente estaban limpias). El colchón ya se le sienten los resortes, no es nada cómodo. Cuenta con un tv (antiguo pero grande). La ducha se veía aceptable pero con todos los antecedentes desistimos de probarla. Cuenta con agua fría y caliente.El Wifi gratuito es bueno, menos en la torre B, pidan que los hospeden en torre A. Para cena te mandan a un sitio llamado "Denis" que no es nada recomendable la comida. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero tienen una buena piscina yuna hermosa playa que mantienen muy bien. También cuentan con canchas múltiples de fútbol de salón y basquet. La playa tiene una cancha de Voleibol.El desayuno es tipo buffet y bastante aceptable. Es una lastima porque el hotel tiene potencial para ser excelente y se ve que están haciendo algunas inversiones pero en zonas comunes. Grave error porque lo primordial en un hotel es que sus habitaciones estén al 100% y estas están a un 20%.

The place is very old and outdated. The carpet smells disgusting and the hallways smells like strong chemicals(hospital). The rooms are moderate and the balcony chairs are rusty and old. The grounds outside are very nice and pleasant. The receptionist was not too helpful as she did not know anything about the area. The housekeeping is very friendly. The breakfast was moderate, and most of the facilities were old and outdated.

Horrible experience (The rooms are cheap for a reason)- My room was overbooked; I was offered a cheaper room. No refund - Poor front desk service, terrible attitude, management rarely available. - Room poorly cleaned (hair and used tissues found around the place). - Smelly mattress, pillows and sheets. - Shower sink clogged. - Old & damaged furniture, tv, kitchen supplies etc. - Gym in poor condition, broken equipment, dirty and old. - Cement like beach covered with sand (the white sand on the pictures is a deception) - No equipment available for tennis, basketball and volleyball court. - No hotel activities besides casino.Only positive note: It is located close to the city.Tips Rooms are overbooked all the time. Call hotel in advance. Getting a refund will cost you more stress than necessary.

Hotel is dated. In need of renovation yesterday. Air Conditioning doesn't work well. 25 Celsius to 30 Celsius in rooms at all times of the day. Bed is very stiff. Sheets were clean but blankets need a good wash. Ant problem. No towel racks to hang towels in bathroom. Bring your own soap because there is none in the rooms. Wall outlets need replaced so be careful where you plug your electronics into. Half the lamps in the rooms don't work. They are building a pier behind the hotel so you get to hear a hydraulic hammer pound steel pipes into the sea floor all day long. Should be your last option to stay. Would not stay here again.

Nothing fancy, but the pool is great and there is plenty of beach space to lounge. There is a tiny shop in the lobby to buy sunscreen, snacks, and souvenirs etc. The bar is decent as well as the food. The staff is very friendly. The location is a 20 minute walk to the beginning of the town. I gave it three stars because it does need some improvements to the decor (a tad dated) and the beach is pretty rocky.

El Hotel es bien chevere con buenas instalaciones y ubicación. A solo 15 minutos caminando al centro de la ciudad (Otrabanda o Punda), tiene un Dennys al lado 24 horas. La piscina es grande!la playa bien ciudada yel servicio de comidas es bueno. Falta un poco demantenimiento enalgunas cosas de la habitacion, asicomo de las instalaciones en general Les podrian sacar mucho mas provecho.Muy bueno en relacion calidad y precio.

Es un hotel bastante regular dónde lo más presente es la suciedad. El desayuno es espantosamente malo y sucio,las habitaciones son sucias y regulares. Los servicios son a medias, no tiene servicio de restaurante excepto el destuno. Hay un restaurante al lado Dennys, el cual es más costoso que el promedio de los restaurantes de la isla.El hotel cuenta con una playa privada con rompeolas pero tiene demasiadas piedras y la arena casi no es fina.La piscina es buena pero en general es un mal hotel.

You get what you pay for. Pool is nice, casino is on par with the area. Termites, water damage, roaches, and ants in the rooms. But I hear it is to be expected on the island. Internet works well, if there are fewer guests. With larger crowds it becomes barely usable. Bar is right next to the beach, but after yhe sunsets the mosquitoes come out in force. Especially if there is little to no wind that night. Otherwise, the maids were courteous and cleaning is done daily, if desired. Hotel staff was knowledgeable and pleasent.

Force to stay here on business. I'm sure this place was nice several decades ago. Hallway carpet was awful, must not have been replace in 20+ years. Bad seals on the sliding glass door made it impossible to keep humidity/mold out of the room. Rats were common in the hotel grounds and located adjacent to stagnant water made this place a breeding ground for mosquitos. On the positive, the beach area was nice and good diving on the house reef. The dive shop at the resort was great with an awesome staff.
