“Worst experience with a hotel that I have ever had.We reserved 2 rooms for 1 night each to drop my son off at college. We arrived at our 3 PM check-in time to discover that they had "office hours" that ended before we got there so we were to call a number from the lobby phone. We called and waited a few minutes for the clerk to come down and check us into the rooms.By the time we were able to get into the rooms it was around 3:30 pm.Upon arrival in the rooms we noticed that there were only 2 towels per room (there were 7 of us), none of the amenities generally provided at hotels (shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and there were 2 pillows per bed. There also was no phone in either room to call the lobby so we tried several times to call with our cell phones. When we couldn't get ahold of anyone from the hotel we decided to leave and go to a different hotel. On our way out (just before 5 pm) I left the keys on the counter and I used the lobby phone to call the x500 number we had called earlier and left them a voicemail. We left and stayed down the street at the Hampton Inn.Because we had made the reservation through Booking.com we first contacted them to see if there was any way we could get a refund or at least partial refund since we did not use the rooms. They said they would try but were unable to contact the hotel until Wednesday afternoon, and the hotel told them that they would not be giving a refund. After some back and forth with Donald, the assistant GM, and being called a liar multiple times, I was finally offered a refund of one of the rooms for our trouble.I was told to expect it to take a week or so for the refund to be processed. After a week I called back and asked about it and was told it would still be another week or so.I asked for the information in writing via an email and was told that would happen (it did not).I called them back today and was greeted by Donald again. This time I was informed that they would in fact not be refunding anything but would rather be offering us a complimentary night on a future visit. When I said that would not work because we have no intentions of staying here again she told me too bad. When I asked to speak with the GM who supposedly made the decision I was told that was not going to happen. To say that the service at this hotel was awful would be an understatement.I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt with it being an "extended stay" hotel and just move on without a review of the subpar condition of the rooms, but the atrocious customer service pushed me here.I travel for business pretty frequently and I have had minor inconveniences here and there but I have never had anything in the same universe as the horrible customer service I received at this location. There are MUCH better hotel options in Hobbs... I STRONGLY advise you stay away from this one.”

“Rooms are really clean, and staff is overly friendly which is great. The added kitchenettes and full sized fridges are a huge plus. The rooms have a good amount of room, and i even have enough space to hook up my pc in the room! (Jacob Mendoza)”
