Em área com vários outros resorts que dividem um campo de golf. Translado do aeroporto ao resort custa 40 dólares para 4 pessoas em uma van. Boa recepção, e lá você é apresentado à um concierge que será responsável em dar dicas, fazer reservas nos restaurantes temáticos e oferecer pacotes. Esse também tentará marcar uma reunião, para oferecer a venda de time share...fuja! No lobby você acha uma loja de souvenirs e conveniência com tabacaria. Nas dependências existem outras lojas, inclusive de bebidas. Os jardins são muito bem cuidados, e perto da entrada tem um com flamingos. Os prédios são de 4 andares e por isso os quartos são bem espalhados, ou seja, vão andar muito. Os quartos são amplos com varanda, banheira, cofre para notebook, frigobar, TV, ventilador de teto e ar condicionado. Grande área de piscinas com ilhas. Não tem bar molhado, nem serviço de piscina. Precisa sair para buscar qualquer coisa nos bares em volta ou no restaurante. Chegue cedo para pegar um bom lugar, pois apesar de ser proibido guardar lugar, todo mundo o faz. Mesma coisa na praia. Na praia tem vôlei e traves de futebol. Salva vidas. Essa praia não é das mais bonitas. Serviços de banana boat, parasail, kayak, wind surf, são contratados à parte. Animadores estão em alguns momentos na piscina, com danças e brincadeiras. Bartenders sorridentes, e mais ainda quando recebem gorjeta, lembrando que é all inclusive. Boate abre até às 3, assim como o restaurante de hambúrgueres ao lado. Para os restaurantes temáticos, faça reservas antecipadas e não chegue atrasado mais de 15 minutos ou será cancelada, sem exceções. Os buffets são enormes e variados, mas a manutenção é fraca, e alguns itens não são de melhor qualidade. As bebidas são servidas à vontade. Existem algumas Premium (top shelf) mas ficam escondidas, tem que pedir que elas aparecem. Copos desgastados de plástico na área da piscina. Observei e recebi reclamações de assédio às mulheres vindas de colaboradores do resort. Se acontecer, leve logo à gerência. Os restaurantes temáticos são razoáveis, assim como os shows à noite, nada especial. A academia sim é muito boa, com salas de dança e funcional. Quadras de tênis com instrutor. Spa. O serviço é de altos e baixos. Excelentes e atenciosos, assim como outrosirritados e incompetentes.

Resort absolutamente incrível ! All inclusive, é só comer o dia todo. O único detalhe negativo é que a grande maioria das "atrações" do resort fecham as 19h, tipo academia, piscina, quadras e etc.

Local ideal para férias em dezembro. Quartos espaçosos confortáveis e limpos. Todo o staff muito simpático, sempre prontos a ajudar. Zona envolvente muito verde e florida, tudo muito bem cuidado. Lugar calmo e bem frequentado. Piscinas maravilhosas. Bares e restaurantes sempre prontos a servir-nos. A repetir sem dúvida.

We are currently staying here and have one day left. We normally never write reviews but felt we should share our experience since this is the first vacation we've had any sort of negative feedback for. Our concierge Manuel, the bar staff, and the reception desk have been AMAZING! The buffet staff on the other hand were awful. They seem very unhappy doing their job and were not friendly at all. Food at the buffet and formal dining was nothing to get excited about either. Our room was decent and the beach and pools are great. We typically cruise but with covid that obviously is out of the question so we decided to try this and will not be back. It's unfortunate because we have been tiping like crazy hoping the service would get better and it's not.

If anyone out there is looking for good deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and they had the best prices any where! A hotel for relaxing! They have pools, pool bars, a beach and multiple restaurants! Palm tree galore! The staff is very friendly and make you feel important! Theres a club with swings as seats. A lot of wild life just overall things to relax

Stay was a good time. With all the Covid inconveniences understandable but two things. Nightly entertainment was “ on the fly” then they played Spanish music which is ok but more than half the audience isn’t. Second enforcing the proper wearing of the mask in the buffet area was non existent. Hey I don’t want to wear it either but...... after pointing this out nothing was done. Guess it’s the times we now live in

Hotel clean and tidy. Staff happy and helpful. Grounds are immaculate. Beach was nice and clean, but was cramped, so spent most of time around the pool which was also nice and clean. Food plentiful and tasty, and a good selection. Drinks also nice. Entertainment was excellent. Best I've seen at a hotel resort do far. On the whole, a great time was had. Would recommend.

A área em comum do resort é linda, com vários animais soltos do jeito que eu amo, gostei da decoração também. A parte ruim é que os banheiros não são limpos, os funcionários do próprio Resort são bastante inconvenientes, acham que podem falar o querem, viajei com uma amiga e não ouve um só dia em que não ouvimos gracinha de funcionário, pedindo Whatsapp, convidando pra sair, perguntando se estávamos sozinhas em nossa acomodação, um verdadeiro absurdo. A impressão que tivemos foi que esse comportamento é permitido e estimulado pela gerência, uma pena. Já as mulheres são muito trabalhadoras, espertas e sempre dispostas a ajudar.

Já estive em vários hotéis Da rede Iberostar no Brasil mas este hotel da República Dominicana 🇩🇴 foi o melhor deles sem qualquer dúvida. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é super simpático principalmente com os brasileiros! Como o hotel não aceita crianças e nem toca músicas altas na piscina 🏊🏼‍♂️ proporciona muita paz e tranquilidade a seus hóspedes. É fantástico! Excelente! Maravilhoso! Perfeito! Recomendo!

Went here for a holiday for the first time. Had issues with the first villa that was given to us, as it seemed not to have been clean at all. However, went to the reception and they immediately gave us another one, which also had some issues, however, they promptly sent a cleaning team to the villa who immediately cleaned it thoroughly. Very good service. The swimming pools are nice, however, there are guests that go there with Bluetooth speakers, each one of them playing their own tunes, some hip-hop, some samba, some pop, which makes it a bit annoying, as it is in the end just a bunch of noise with all these music types playing loudly at the same time, and noisy people with no consideration for the other guests there trying to enjoy the pool. The staff does nothing to prevent this, which makes me not give it 5 stars. Other than that, really agreeable place to stay.

Friendly staff. Better than any other staff in any other area I have been in. Very accommodating. Make you feel like home. Super cheap. Never spend any money except if you want to tip, although it is not always expected. Great performances. Every worker is very talented. Would come back!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Iberostar Dominicana with my husband and two kids in their twenties. The resort was all lit up for Christmas and was particularly beautiful at night. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The grounds were tropical and lush. The food at the actual restaurants was very good. The beach was clean and beautiful. The work out facility was modern and well stocked. And ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Andri who was able to throw in an extra “restaurant night” for us. And especially grateful to Jeffrey who hosted our delightful snorkeling excursion and took us into Punta Cana to a fabulous restaurant called Herman 311.

We loved this resort! This was our third all-inclusive experience (previous two were in Mexico). The beach and pool areas were great, and the food was excellent. The bar tenders were not as friendly as other resorts, but they were quick and the drinks were strong and good. Our room and balcony were nice and cleaned well. Evening entertainment was good too. Weather in February was 80s and sunny, but windy. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was good, clean and fresh Close walk to the beach, lots of beach chairs, pool was a bit loud, people playing their own music. Beach is much more relaxing, Most of the staff were friendly I found that lady bartenders at the beach bar were quite rude. Which is unfortunate. Food was pretty good, good variety at the buffets. The a la carte restaurant were good. ( gourmet, French and steak) The one thing I will warn you is at the end of your holiday you will receive a survey at dinner. Keep it hidden as you fill it out. There are staff and management walk everywhere trying to see what you put. They literally hoover over you. When I was filling mine I out I put a poor rating for the beach bartenders. They asked me why I was giving a poor rating. They told me to change it to a good rating I’m trying to eat my dinner with my family and Im being put in an awkward position. I was quite mad after Because of that I won’t be returning It just turned me right off How dare them. Do they not want to know the truth and how they can fix their services. Isn’t that what a survey is for Instead they just wanted me to put a perfect rating for everything on the survey.

This is the most accommodating hotel that i have ever experienced, their staffs are very hospitable, and there’s one guy named “RAMI” who is very nice helpful through everything. This resort made us feel like we’re at home. The servers/waiters were very nice too, and they don’t expect you to tip them. They always have a smile on their faces no matter what.

It has everything you ever needed. Food is fantastic, staffs are friendly and above & beyond. Every night there are excellent entertainment shows, tons of fun - you will never be bored. Not to mention the view is absolutely amazing. Special mentioning : the staff Fausto ( Pineapple) is extremely pleasant and kind, a fresh air to add in the trip ✨ Definitely will return with friends again and recommend to everyone ✨

Great hotel with a friendly staff! They have an amazing domain with lots to do. Enough bars, restaurants and buffets to take care of all your dreams. The private beach is amazing, white sand, clear water with lots of (paying) activities. The rooms are amazing but in need of some minor repairs, small things, but nonetheless they need to be fixed. Overall a great place to get away from your daily routine and sorrows!

Wonderful hotel, gorgeous beaches and unbelievably friendly staff. we bought an all-inclusive and I would not hesitate to do it again from the iberostar Punta Cana or Dominicana! if I were to critique one thing it's that the food isn't on par with the rest of the resort. Which is to say the rest of the resort is 5 star and the food is three. Not every meal, but in general it's where things could improve. Love it here and can't wait to come back!

I thought the overall experience was very good! The beach is beautiful, buffet expansive, and several restaurants to choose for a change. There were so many terrific people there that really made it a good trip. Jonathan from the Member's area was amazinghelping with our transportation needs. Maria at the pool serving drinks is an angel (we love you)!Jack Daniels on the entertainment team kept us informed of all the many activities. Make sure you catch the nightly shows. What amazing performances after a full day. There were so many more great staff members! We appreciate the cleaning staff, bartenders, and reception staff as well!
