“Very clean and simple, but small rooms. We needed a night at a hotel near the airport for an early flight the next morning. We chose this hotel because breakfast was served from 6am, while even the better hotels only started serving at 7, in which case we would not have been able to have breakfast before leaving. Since we were not planning on removing our masks to eat anything on the plane, it was important to have breakfast. We (a couple) were traveling with one large suitcase each and one carry-on each. We chose a superior room because we knew that no way would we be able to open our suitcases in the standard room (we also stayed in an NH hotel near the train station in Madrid, with even smaller rooms). Even in the superior room it was quite tight. The superior room has a spot to make tea or coffee, which is useful. The shower was good, amenities are fine, reception pleasant. The breakfast was very good - nice choice of foods, including small salad bowls, a large selection of fruits, yogurt, and more. We did not use the free shuttle, but took a taxi to the airport, because either we’d have to leave at 6 and miss breakfast, or leave at 6:45, which we thought was too late. We left at 6:30 and were at the terminal very quickly and it cost under 10 Euros. There is also a nice park that is nearby, which we walked in the day we checked in, and we were able to walk to the mall, which was helpful.”

Um ótimo hotel para se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto de Madrid. Suas instalações não tem luxo, mas são novas, bem cuidadas e limpas. O café da manhã é ótimo. E ainda tem transporte para a o aeroporto.

Reservamos una habitación con vistas a la piscina y solicitamos una cama doble. El tema de camas suele ser según la disponibilidad y en este caso no fue posible, pero la habitación tampoco fue la que solicitamos. Pequeños detalles que a algunas personas les da igual pero que a otras sí que a otras sí que nos importa. Quitando eso, un hotel correcto.

Cuando llegamos para pasar la tarde Noche pues al día siguiente salimos para Vuelo Internacional. Se Nos Ocurrió cenar en el Restaurante. Buen Precio aseqjible. Pero nos Sorprendió la Calidad y La Cantidad de comida que nos Presentaron. En la Cena.

Nos alojamos una noche en este hotel porque al día siguiente volabamos temprano y la verdad es que fue un acierto para no pegarte un gran madrugon. Las habitaciones eran amplias y estaban limpias, el baño era grande y muy completo (el jabón de manos y el body milk olían genial), me encantó la piscina no era muy grande pero lo suficiente para darte un chapuzon, hacer unos largos y refrescarte, tienen varias hamacas para poder tumbarte. El servicio de recepción rápido y correcto. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue genial porque tienen varios horarios y te dejan en la terminal desde la que sale tu vuelo, sin duda una buena opción para alojarte cerca del aeropuerto.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. We had booked our service to the airport at 6.45 and we were ready at 6.46. Fair enough, we were ONE minute late, but the way the driver shouted at us was out of this world, I had never experienced this rudeness by someone. He said that as we were going to T4 we should’ve been there 15 minutes earlier, but how were we supposed to know? There are many hotels in the area. I suggest you go somewhere else, I would not like anyone to experience what we did, such a bittersweet start of our holidays

I'm sure most people stay here on their way to the airport or because they have missed a flight or had a flight rescheduled. For us we missed a flight and were feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed. The friendless of the staff made us feel completely at ease, a special thank you to Rosa who did everything she could to help us with our needs, she truly made us feel heard and looked after. The rooms are perfectly serviceable with toiletries available on request, there is even a small pool and a sunbathing area. For our short stay we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rooms seemed clean and basic. I liked how the floors were not carpet. Although the shuttle was free, we waited 45 minutes for it to arrive even though the airport is only 8 minutes away from the hotel (they kept saying 10 more minutes, multiple times). Our room also had a heavy smell of cigarettes and we had to keep the window open, even though the sound of traffic from the nearby highway was loud. For me, it was the strong smoke smells in our room that made our stay less comfortable.

Não gostei! preços acima da média e no check out verifiquei uma total falta de interesse sobre a experiencia do cliente. Deviam ter outros motivos de interesse que desviou a atenção ao cliente. Estivemos no nh de Salou e a experiencia foi fantástica um acolhimento muito profissional, não nos faltou nada.

Hotel com boa relação qualidade-preço. Ótimo para quem vai de carro para Madrid e não quer pagar estacionamento. Fica numa zona residencial, com muitos sítios para estacionar e muito perto do metro El Capricho, que em 20 minutos nos leva à Gran Vía ou Callao. Quartos simples, com camas confortáveis. Ótimo pequeno almoço, com imensa variedade. Para quem chega ou parte de avião, tem serviço de transporte de/para o aeroporto.

Es una excelente opción para cuando tienes tu vuelo muy temprano. Cuenta con desayuno incluido y con servicio de transportación gratis al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones bastante bien. Muy cómodas. Definitivamente si podría regresar a este hotel.

The location is designed to be close to the airport. Free shuttle for pickup you have to call them, takes about 15 minutes and for going back to the airport you can tell them and they'll see if they have one programmed or if not they will appoint you one. Spacious room and great service.

Hotel muito bom, com quarto espaçoso, piscina, academia, bar, ótimo e variado café da manhã, próximo ao Aeroporto de Barajas, e oferece transfer gratuito para os hóspedes de e para o Aeroporto. Hotel pequeño, es de paso, cerca del aeropuerto, muy limpio todo, agradable. Al llegar nos dieron la habitación 105 que daba justo a un bar (muy ruidosa) , pedimos que nos cambiaran y el hombre de recepción amablemente nos cambió a otra que estaba muy bien y muy silenciosa, buena experiencia.Lo único es que me ha parecido un poco caro el desayuno, 15 euros por persona

La gente muy amable, todo muy limpio. El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto muy bueno. Hay que tener en cuenta que cuando se llega al aeropuerto hay que llamar al hotel, ya que no tienen WhatsApp. Así que por recomendación se debe comprar un chip al llegar al aeropuerto.

Estoy actualmente alojada en NH Madrid Barajas. El hotel es tranquilo, muy limpio, cerca del aeropuerto (te vienen a buscar al aeropuerto gratuitamente), la habitación está recientemente renovada, muy limpia y cómoda, ¡te sientes como en casa! El desayuno es muy rico y variado, vale la pena reservar habitación con desayuno. El director del hotel es una persona maravillosa, ayer me ayudó a traer las maletas a la habitación y esta mañana se ha asegurado que todo haya ido bien con la estancia. La verdad es que todo es perfecto y se merecen más de 5 estrellas. Un saludo y seguro que nos vemos pronto.

Good airport hotel with complimentary Airport shuttle. The room is comfortable and clean..the food is decent and adequate. Service is very good. It is close to the El Capricho Park where there is a very long wall of graffiti you can enjoy and go for a walking exercise if you have free time.

Una estupenda estancia! Personal muy profesional y agradable. El desayuno muy bueno. Nosotros fuimos con nuestro perro y tiene a dos manzanas un parque precioso para pasear. Esta en una zona donde puedes aparcar el coche en la calle con facilidad y sin coste ninguno. Volveremos seguro!

Great hosts and inexpensive. It's close to the airport just call the hotel for a shuttle. A good option if you have a short layover. It's a good option if you need more than two beds. The finishes are modest and beds are singles pushed together for a double. Lots of issues with doors not opening and closing properly hence the 4 stars.

Great hotel for layovers—located in an urban neighborhood in Barajas. the staff members are excellent and the rooms are quite decent. There's a restaurant inside (great service—alright food for the price) the hotel. A couple of kiosk are in walking distance; there's literally one right across the street from the hotel. They even run a shuttle service to the airport.

Nao posso avaliar com profundidade. Fiquei hospedado somente uma madrugada, pois meu voo atrasou e fomos acomodados ate a manha do dia seguinte. Mas o quarto era muito confortavel, toda a assistência necessária nos foi suprimida. O cafe da manha foi arranjado fora do horario padrao para nos atender (5am).
