“Called down to have the room serviced and was ignored.They are using the COVID-19 as an excuse not to clean rooms and save on cleaning costs.Was ignored multiple times by the front desk manager Tanya and Jennifer.Similar service to a Holiday Inn Express, maybe a little lower service and quality of rooms.Place is falling apart and in deep need of a complete remodel.”

“Stayed a few years back when it first opened and it has really gone down hill. Just stayed in the hotel. Walked by the front desk numerous times and there was no one there. Zero security. Did not feel safe. Had issues with the room and very slow to resolve and did not resolve. Expect a low level of service and a worn out Hyatt Place type of hotel. Should be removed as a Hyatt or rebranded as a low tier Hyatt and stop pretending.”
