“Hospedado em uma suíte duplex. Problemas de encanamento em nossa pia, banheira e chuveiro. Sem manutenção na equipe.Limpeza pobre. Mancha de sangue em nossos lençóis e espessa camada de poeira sob nossa cama indicando que não era limpo há meses. Só recebemos serviço de abertura de cama na nossa segunda noite, depois de reclamar que o nosso quarto não tinha sido limpo.O teste COVID foi agendado incorretamente pela recepção e quase perdi meu vôo para casa devido ao erro deles.Com exceção de alguns, os funcionários não se desculpam por sua incompetência. É uma bela propriedade, mas a administração é severamente deficiente. Depois de tudo o que sofremos, só nos ofereceram 15% de desconto nas taxas de serviço de quarto. Eles, então, não aplicaram esse valor a todas as cobranças, de modo que só obtivemos um desconto de $ 7. Foi mais ofensivo do que se eles não tivessem feito nada. Existem muitos hotéis bonitos no mundo. Evite este.”

“Stayed in a duplex suite. Plumbing issues in our sink, bath tub and shower. No maintenance on staff.Poor housekeeping. Blood stain on our sheets, and thick layer of dust under our bed indicating that it hadn't been cleaned in months. Only received turn down service on our second night, after complaining that our room hadn't been cleaned at all.COVID test was improperly scheduled by the front desk and I almost missed my flight home due to their error.With the exception of few, staff is unapologetic for their incompetence. It's a beautiful property but management is severely lacking. After all we suffered, we were only offered 15% off of our room service charges. They then did not apply it to all charges, so we only got a $7 discount. It was more offensive than if they had done nothing at all. There are plenty of beautiful hotels in the world. Avoid this one.”
