“While I got a fantastic rate likely due to the economic effects of the pandemic, this Hyatt Place location near the convention center still delivered a high-quality experience as I've come to expect as a 23-year member of Hyatt's loyalty program. After a quick check-in, I found the room was missing an amenity that I requested on the reservation; the manager quickly resolved the matter and placed me in another room. Had a quiet, restful stay and check-out was a breeze. Overall, a superb value with excellent service and will likely make a return stay in the future.”
