“Ainda estou tentando descobrir como este hotel tem uma classificação de 4,4 dos hóspedes. O quarto era medíocre - a roupa de cama e as toalhas de banho, etc. tinham manchas e manchas - a roupa de cama também tinha manchas e parecia nojenta. Nunca estive tão pronto para voltar para minha própria cama em um hotel. E pensar que paguei mais para estar neste hotel.A única vantagem é a localização. Nós ficamos durante o Dia de Ação de Graças - as compras da Black Friday foram uma brisa. Na Union Square e não muito longe do Soho. O serviço ao cliente estava OK. A recepção foi incrível.Tudo estava praticamente fechado (bar (biblioteca) e cobertura), mas o restaurante estava aberto - ótimas bebidas lá e comida OK.”

“Hyatt Union Square— please have compassion! We are trying to cancel our reservation for Christmas as Covid numbers surge in NYC. This wasn’t our plan or yours either. We wish we could visit but it simply isn’t safe. And you won’t refund us. The corp office says it’s up to the Union Square managers and your front desk says they can’t help— both are deflecting and it looks awful for the brand. Have compassion on your customers right now. Please reach out and help us get the refund we need for a trip that simply isn’t feasible right now.”
