“Foi este mês que tivemos a mais linda e fantástica viagem das nossas vidas, só temos a agradecer ao Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort e ao nosso concierge Favorito Eduardo Sambo, tratou de absolutamente tudo para nós no resort, entre reservas para jantar e bolo surpresa de aniversário ele não falhou em nada, amazing. Já para não falar que tivemos as melhores refeições das nossas vidas 😃Obrigado Meliá e Eduardo por nos proporcionarem uma lua de mel Incrível. 🙏🏻😍Iremos com certeza regressar!”

“If it was only for the beauty of the resort, I would give it a 5 stars! Very beautiful and excellent atmosphere, the beach is just fabulous and the multiple pools are great. However, it took forever to check in… about 2 hours and we arrived shortly after 3pm… the room was not charming andoutdated and had no closet but some shelves with a curtain. Nothing to hang the towels in the bathroom, hand soap to be used as a body wash. The bathroom flooded and balcony sliding door frame was broken. It was a lot of back and forth to get that situation fixed. After they fixed the bathroom the leak got worse the next day; it was a swimming pool… at this point we just wanted to change our room but it looked like it was an issue… it took a whole day and a lot of negotiations for them to change our room. No apology and no complimentary gesture. We didn’t find the staff to be helpful and hospitable except for 3 of them. The food was terrible in all restaurants except for the Vietnamese one. When we checked out, they were trying to charge us for a phone call we didn’t place. It is very unfortunate because it is a really beautiful place but it is hard to recommend it.”
