“Absolute thieves this hotel, they went into our room and stole our money, when we complained and asked to see the camera they said the manager is not in and that they cannot do anything. Definatley the worst hotel experience in my life.”

“I was robbed at the lobby of the hotel, just in front of the reception. My backpack with all my documents, passports , ipad, wallet was stolen. The stuff of the reception did nothing! They didn’t call the police, they didn’t check the security cameras . There ménager is always away or they don’t let me talk to him. A was calling 3 times to ask him check the cámaras and nothing! He never called me back!! I’m sure the stuff is involved in robbery and they are just covering the thief!! If you want your belongings safe, never stay at this hotel!”
