“O lugar é adequado e perto de Jumeirah ,, muito limpo, agradeço a Andrew Al-Masry e Nourhan Al-Masrya, modos elegantes e grande cooperação com meu estado de saúde na minha chegada e a preocupação por mim mais do que ser um funcionário de recepção. Obrigado de coração e isso é maior que profissionalismo e maior que o trabalho E a bela moral dos egípcios onde quer que estejam 💙 Pedi minhas refeições no hotel e realmente chegaram. “The hotel amenities were fine.The service needs to improve as I clearly see a communication gap amongst the reservation and even the duty managers. The commitments made (connecting rooms, early check-in etc.) were not honoured until they were confronted by usand informed of the prior arrangements made. Even the commitment made the night prior was not honoured by the new manager in the morning until confronted. Again showing the lack of coordination and communication.Overall the stay was pleasant but any verbal commitments made for any specific request to be taken in writing from the hotel.”
