“Starting that we have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes and call the hotel 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, was already a disappointment. Our room was small and smells like cigarettes was another disaster. But we request to be move to another one, then along come Rossy, we were amazed to see such an active hard working girl like her, as she made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. We're very pleased with her service and attention. I will give her a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
