They went out of their way to make the entire experience amazing. What really makes a great service is not the obvious things it's how they surprise you with small things you wouldn't even expect! “Comfortable mid sized hotel in between the old and new district of Dubai, perfect for a base before or after a cruise.
The staff and fantastic, warm, welcoming and attentive at all times.
The rooms are large, modern and well equipped, however they need more attention to cleaning parts of the room like behind tables and in the curtains as they are really dusty. An impossible task in a desert climate but important too.
We would highly recommend this hotel as it is easy to get around by taxi to everything tourists want, just budget for this in your planning as there is little to walk to in the heat if you have mobility problems. Also download a map on your phone as taxi drivers struggling to find it so a map is very helpful.
The rooftop bar and pool is great but pricy, we spent a lot of down time there as again the staff and food were wonderful.
We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant buffet which we fantastic and I missed it a lot the one night we went out to eat. The presentation and variety were outstanding and the chef should be commended for the quality and imagination, we both loved the food. The wait staff were excellent and a tribute to the hotel.”
