“Great hidden gem. Location is perfect for using the train to Machu Picchu. The rooms were ok and did not have air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortable. They left several huge fans which did not help. Instead they were eyesores. Their guides were great. The tour prices reasonable. The on property restaurant has great food and wine. Overall it was a great stay. The hotel has two prominent weaknesses, concierge/front desk help and no a/c.”
