Nice place. Their lockers have weird angles for common locks. The staff recommended I buy a new (€1) lock from the supermarket across the street, I did. It still didn't fit... The location was quite nice, especially if you're inclined to work out, there's a jungle gym right next door. Enjoy!

Hostal com bons preços e staff simpático. Único ponto mau o colchão da cama era demasiado mol, fiquei com dores de costas e só dormi uma noite lá.

De momento una estafa, reservado y pagado la estancia desde antes de la pandemia, hemos llamado mil veces para posponer o cambiar por un bono y nadie coge el teléfono, denunciaremos y publicaremos también. Por mi parte no arriesguen si dinero ya que en Madrid centro hay buenos hostales con precios asequiblesy condiciones higiénicas, una pena haber elegido en esta ocasión a estos estafadores irresponsables, ojalá esto les sirva a otras personas, por supuesto pongo una estrella porque si no es imposible publicar sino ni media vamos UNOS LADRONES DE CINCO ESTRELLAS

Localização extraordinária. Fica a poucos metros da Gran via. Funcionária da recepção muito simpática. Quarto bem limpo. Ótimo custo benefício.

De momento se comportan como unos LADRONES. Se han quedado con nuestro dinero pagado antes de la pandemia y no contestan, BOOKING les "obliga" a devolvernos las noches no realizadas por la pandemia y ellos ignoran totalmente las reclamaciones de los clientes y de BOOKING solo nos queda denunciarlos a la policía y enseñaros por aquí la denuncia.

I highly DO NOT recommend the collaboration and the booking in this hostal. Due to the COVID19, it is not possible to change the date of the booking or to get the refund of the payment of this hostel (booking was made before the COVID19 started). It is impossible to contact them because they don't answer neither mail nor calls. The most important for them is to PAY IN ADVANCE and then - you won't see the money back and you can do nothing :) It is highly improfessional, I will give a negative feedback whereever I can to warn the tourists. Unfriendly place without good approach to the customers!!!!

Buena zona , buen trato , las habitaciones cuentan con ducha aire acondicionado y tv,lo malo algunas estan deterioradas por el tiempo alguna pared despintada, alguna junta del suelo con la paredsuelta , lo malo el baño publico y la nevera publica también dependiendo los inquilinos bien o mal en mi caso me quitaron cosas, pero también hubo gente agradable que me ofrecio

Comprei reserva para 02/05/2020 , pagamento a vista e direto ao hotel, e devido a pandemia o MUNDO PAROU, hotéis fechados, voos cancelados. Não tínhamos como nos hospedar. Então foi solicitado um voucher para nos hospedar em outra data e o hotel SIMPLESMENTE NOS DISSE NÃO. Considero isso um furto, ou seja... vendeu e não entregou o serviço.

El trato del personal es excelente por su amabilidad y la atención. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Gran Vía, pero se podía dormir bien. La limpieza es muy buena. La habitación es confortable y la cama muy grande con un colchon muy cómodo (mejor que en algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas, según mi experiencia). Es un lugar estupendo para alojarse en un viaje corto a Madrid. Ha superado por mucho mis expectatvas!

Even in the face of a pandemic, with closed borders for visitors from outside the European Union, the hotel refuses to cancel the reservation and will charge the full amount. This is an absurd, i strongly not reccomend this hostal!!!

No fiaros en la seb todo muy bonito y despues mirar las fotos y ver q os encontrais. Paredes humedas agua saliendo de los baños...lo bueno la atención de personal es simpática y está céntrico.

Otima localização, rua paralela à Gran Via. Fiquei em um quarto duplo privado com chuveiro. Sanitário fica em banheiro coletivo.Café da manhã gostoso: pão, bolos, sucos de caixa, leite e café. É um hostel pequeno, ocupa um andar de um prédio residencial. Tem elevador. Não tem ar condicionado.

The pictures from this hostel look better than the reality. If you're looking for just a bed for a night this might be the place for you, but if you're planning to stay a few more nights I do not recommend this place. There is just one shower which you have to share with most of the hostel. On top of that the toilets are in the same room, so if someone is on the toilet you can't shower. Then there is the room (with the bunk beds). It's a really small space that contains 2 bunk beds for 4 people. If everybody in that room has at least one backpack there's no way you'll be able to enter the room anymore. Luckily we we're with just three so we could barely walk in and out of the room. So I would say, only stay here if you're just planning to stay in Madrid for one night. If you want to stay longer look for something else.

Great hostel and great price! It looks new and it is well equipped. Bed was comfortable and there was a luggage box. Even upper beds had reachable plug in and lamp. Reception 24 hrs, I checked in almost at midnight. Breakfast included and if you leave before breakfast time they serve you breakfast as well. Kind staff and cozy rooms. Highly recommend!
