“Bad experience considering this is a 4 star hotel near the Madrid airport. The thermostat was broken. The room was hot like a sauna when I entered. The dinner experience in the hotel wasn't good as well. We had to wait for 50mins before our food came out and we didn't order anything exotic. I believe there are better options in the vicinity for the same price. Won't recommend.”

“Excellent stay close to the airport. The interiors could use a touch of some modern elements. None the less impeccably clean and spotless. Great breakfast as well. Make sure to use the free airport shuttle services.”
