“Bad experience considering this is a 4 star hotel near the Madrid airport. The thermostat was broken. The room was hot like a sauna when I entered. The dinner experience in the hotel wasn't good as well. We had to wait for 50mins before our food came out and we didn't order anything exotic. I believe there are better options in the vicinity for the same price. Won't recommend.”

“Spacious rooms excellent service very good breakfast. Although I visited the place in late autumn I believe that the swimming pool makes it an all time value for money. Definitely recommend”
