“We checked in to find out we are at the top floors; great!
We get to the elevators to realize only 1 out of 3 is working. Line up is 30-40 minutes to get back to your room. no social distancing is respected as everybody is piling up into that one and only functional elevator. Customer service is non existent, it’s clear that they are operating understaffed.”

“Stayed for 3 nights for a getaway. Had booked another hotel but was not happy with the service and decided to walk into the Sheraton. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing view of the falls and really enjoyed our stay.”
