“(Disclaimer: Booked directly with hotel and a Bonvoy member). Front desk staff were amazing! Mentioned I am here to celebrate our anniversary and immediately they presented me with a bottle of wine! Room was clean with lots of room and a great view of the falls. Club concierge was helpful and very attentive! Pool is great and really gives off a resort vibes. Will 100% be back soon!”

“We checked in to find out we are at the top floors; great!
We get to the elevators to realize only 1 out of 3 is working. Line up is 30-40 minutes to get back to your room. no social distancing is respected as everybody is piling up into that one and only functional elevator. Customer service is non existent, it’s clear that they are operating understaffed.”
